Cisterna Lab Technician Course

The Lab Technicians Course will focus on the production of CAD/CAM metal-free TRINIA™ prostheses. The TRINIA™ structure can either be used with a hybrid ceramic (polyceramic) bonded indirectly to the bar, or with conventional denture teeth bonded to the bar. Because of Bicon’s 360˚ of abutment positioning, clinical chair time is significantly reduced for fixed prostheses when used with TRINIA™ because the substructure can be used as a seating jig for the abutments.

Additional restorative options for Bicon implants are also presented, with a particular focus on the fabrication of the Integrated Abutment Crown™ (IAC). The Integrated Abutment Crown™ is a screw-free, cement-free and gap-free restoration. With the IAC, the practitioner receives an easy-to-use single unit abutment and crown from the technician, so there is no risk of excess cement residue.
